Clinical Administrative Assistant (Current Employee) – Grand Rapids, MI

MPC has been a great place to work. The benefits are great, outstanding PTO and 401k plan, and I’ve had many different positions since I started working here. I’ve gotten to know and respect the group I work with. At times we work hard, it is fast paced and you can count on unhappy patients each day. The docs I work with take bullying/abusive patients very seriously and act accordingly. It is good to know that our docs have our backs. It is very easy to talk to your Clinic managers and the providers. We all have our days, and some are better than others – but we are human. They are above accommodating when family emergencies arise, you need to leave early or have scheduled appointments.

I’m an RN. I’ve worked at MPC for over 20 years. The friendship I have with both physicians and staff are a big part of the reason I stay. The patients we serve do play a part in that decision. I very much enjoy the challenge and satisfaction each workday brings. I plan on working here for years to come.

MPC is a great company to work for. They offer excellent vacation and benefit packages and most of the employees work 4 days per week. It’s been an exciting and busy year with all of the changes and new physicians that have joined the practice.

Registered Nurse (RN) (Current Employee) – Heritage Pointe

It’s hard to find a healthcare position with a Monday through Friday work week. Most weeks are 4 day work weeks from 8-430, no weekend or holidays. Generous PTO. I get 5 weeks of vacation and 40 hours of sick time. I started at the front desk and they helped pay my education for nursing school. I am forever grateful for the opportunity that this company has given me. We continue to grow and I can’t wait to see what the future of MPC looks like.
