Michigan Pain Consultant’s team extends beyond our physicians, physical therapists & behavioral medicine specialists. Our Physician’s Assistants and our Nurse Practitioner are available to help manage your treatment between visits with the physician. To put it simply, our supporting staff are able to provide your doctor with another view of who you are as a patient and keep track of how you are responding to your treatment.
Chuck Bray, PA-C, a certified physician assistant, received his Bachelor of Science from Grand Valley State University in Health Sciences. He received his Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Western Michigan University.
Deborah Hunter PA-C, a certified physician assistant, received her Bachelor of Science in Medicine and Physician Assistant Studies from Western Michigan University.
Jennifer White, NP, a certified nurse practitioner, received her Bachelor of Science-Nursing from University of Toledo in Toledo, OH. She received certifications as a Family Nurse Practitioner and School Nurse, as well as her Masters in Nursing from Wright State University in Dayton, OH.
Karen Schumaker, PA-C, a certified physician assistant, received her Bachelor of Science in Medicine and Physician Assistant Diploma from Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo, MI. She then went on to complete a Butterworth Hospital Physician Assistant Surgical Residency in Grand Rapids, MI.
